Exchange and Returns Policy:

We will gladly accept all returns provided they are unworn for return or exchange within 20 days of purchase. Yellowduck merchandise purchased at independent stores and/or pop ups must be returned to the location where it was purchased from, without exception. To be eligible for a return, all items must be purchased at full price, in original, unused, unworn condition with the swing tag still attached, no defects or stains, no smells and or any signs that the item has been worn or used or altered in any way. Please email us to log a return: natalie@yellowduck.co.za All returns must please be logged via an official email and not via message on social media platforms. 

Customers are liable for the return of products at their own cost via courier or drop off. If you don’t have a courier account, no problem we will gladly log the collection on your behalf and you can process payment to us for the delivery on the exchange or we can take the balance off from your refund.

Defective merchandise – all products are personally quality checked before packing & sending, but in the unlikely event of receiving a defective product please email us right away: natalie@yellowduck.co.za. Defective products will be covered by Yellowduck for collection & return courier. Discounted and sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances, so please be sure before placing orders/purchasing and check all size, images and descriptions thoroughly when purchasing sale items.

Please note that Yellowduck will not be held responsible for any losses due to an incorrect delivery address or absence of receipt. Once the parcel has left our premises, we are not responsible for loss or damage.
